Joachim Nyirongo
Research and Development Specialist
A highly skilled Research and Develoment specialist with a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and over six years of hands-on experience in conducting comprehensive data analysis using R, Stata and Python and delivering robust MEL support for donor-funded initiatives in health, education, and agriculture. A proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive MEL frameworks, leading advanced statistical and geospatial analyses, and generating actionable evidence to inform adaptive and impactful programming. My expertise includes navigating complex donor reporting requirements for organizations such as USAID, ILO, FAO, SIDA, and Plan International, as well as deploying and managing digital MEL systems for efficient data collection and reporting. I am deeply committed to harnessing data-driven insights to strengthen accountability, inform policy, and advance sustainable development outcomes.

Public and Environmental Health Specialist
Dedicated Public and Environmental Health Specialist and Researcher with extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Proven ability to drive results through strategic planning, problem-solving, and effective communication.
